Dualism and Non-Dualism
I started to think about dualism and non-dualism when I was nine years old, encouraged by my biological father. He was, in his time, a well-known poet in The Netherlands. His official nickname was: "Prince of the Poets". I was allowed to name him by his familiar nickname: Jani, which means a path towards liberation (Jnana Yoga).
When I am busy to think or to write about non-dualism, I remember my father and hear the reverberation of his voice in my mind. Especially, he is coming in my dreams.
I dedicate all ‘poems’ in The Witness to my father.
